Pros

Here are the strong points / what users are likely to appreciate:

1. Versatile cutting
   It can handle a variety of materials: cardboard, leather, carpet, fabrics. That makes it useful for crafts, packaging, light renovation, upholstery etc. The 6.5 mm cutting depth is fairly good for non-rigid materials.

2. Good speed & power
   With ~230 RPM and a high-magnet motor, it’s faster / more capable than basic manual shears and many small cutters. The “15% boost” marketing claim suggests it improves over previous model(s)/competitors.

3. Adjustable speed modes
   Being able to select ECO / REG / MAX mode means you can conserve battery or use high power when needed. That adds flexibility.

   The “40 minutes” runtime is likely under lighter or moderate use (lower speed mode). At MAX mode or when cutting tough materials like leather or carpet, the battery will probably drain much faster. Heat / motor stress could also reduce performance.

4. Weight & ergonomics
   At ~470 g (plus hand fatigue, grip, etc.), holding it for extended periods (for large jobs) might be tiring. Also, physical size / balance might affect maneuverability in tight spaces.
