S.H.Figuarts Frieza Fourth Form
Pros ✅
🎨 Anime-accurate design – Captures Frieza’s slim Fourth Form appearance, facial details, and signature purple-and-white colors very well.
🤸 Excellent articulation – Multiple joints allow for flying poses, fighting stances, kicks, punches, and classic Frieza gestures.
😈 Several expression options – Alternate faces help recreate his smug, angry, shouting, and sinister personalities.
🖐️ Good selection of interchangeable hands – Includes hands for pointing, attacking, open-palm poses, and other iconic scenes.
🐉 Poseable tail – The articulated tail adds personality and helps create more dynamic displays.
📏 Great scale compatibility – Looks excellent beside S.H.Figuarts Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, and other Dragon Ball Z characters.
💪 Solid sculpt and proportions – The figure looks sleek without sacrificing too much movement.
📸 Very photogenic – A strong choice for toy photography, especially when paired with energy effects or Namek-style backgrounds.
Cons ❌
⚪ White plastic can look plain – Some areas lack shading, making the figure appear less detailed under ordinary lighting.
🦶 Small feet can affect balance – Frieza may need careful positioning or a display stand for extreme poses.
🐍 Tail can make posing awkward – Its size and weight may interfere with certain standing or flying positions.
💥 Limited effect accessories – This release does not include many energy-blast effects, so accessories from other figures may be needed.
🔄 Tiny interchangeable parts – Faces and hands can be easy to misplace and may require care when changing.
🦴 Visible joints – The elbows, knees, and torso joints become noticeable in some poses.
💰 Price can rise after release – Reseller pricing may make it less attractive compared with newer Frieza figures.
Overall, this is a highly poseable and recognizable Frieza figure with great expressions, but additional effect parts and a display stand would make the package feel more complete.
