Our commercial deep fryer has an adjustable thermostat with a temperature range of 140 to 392 . Thanks to the thermostatic control, you can now adjust the temperature of the oil to accommodate the appropriate frying temperatures for different foods. Once the fryer reaches the ideal set temperature, an indicator light lets the operator know when the fryer is ready for frying.

LARGE CAPACITY

The total max capacity is 20.7QT/19.6L(10.35QT/9.8L for each basin) and the fryer baskets capacity are 12.7QT/ 12L(6.35QT/6L for each fryer basket). Constructed with heavy duty stainless steel, two heavy duty fry baskets is included. The commercial deep fryer has two high-efficiency stainless heating elements.
